	At Keystone we’ve developed ways to give more rounded and ongoing support to the clients we work with to produce DVDs for them. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AT KEYSTONE These are our new developments that we now offer to help us give you more support with your DVD films: Media Marketing We will work with you, free of charge, to get as much exposure and generate as much interest as possible in the DVD we’ve made for you. After an initial meeting we will scope out the best way to reach your target audience with your DVDs and include such things as writing a press release, generating a photo opportunity and clarify the best publications to contact. We will then have a monthly update meeting with you to gauge the response and react accordingly. Equipment Lighting We now have a portable 3-point lighting kit to enhance our footage especially interviews and talking heads footage. Autocue We can very easily sort out an autocue (with operator) to use when we film to enhance your pieces to camera and help it look more natural and ensure you say all that you want to say. We will also work with you on producing your script to ensure it sounds precise, natural and easy to understand. Availability We’ve always been able to film throughout the UK and at any time – weekday evenings and weekends included. Monthly Video Blogs Video blogs are being used more and more on websites but need to be up-to-date and fresh to give your website visitors more reasons to keep clicking on your site. We will produce your monthly website blog for you by: filming you, a member of staff, a carer or service user producing the 1^st cut within 24 hours and uploading it to our website so you can see it and make any amendments then produce the finished version within 24 hours of any amendments to be downloaded from our website and used on your site we’ll send a back-up disc in the post – special delivery, delivered by 1 pm the next day and to be signed for so we know it’s arrived safely This will cost £400 per month for a 6 month contract, or £280 per month for a 12 month contract. Event Filming Frequent events can also be filmed on an ongoing basis to make sure activities are captured and then seen again. We can film a monthly event with 2 cameras (1 x wide shot, 1 x close up), produce a DVD with all the events on with a menu screen and scene/event selection for £750 per month on a 6 month contract. 20% Discount 20% of your next filming project when you come back to us to produce a new film for you. 10% Finder’s Fee We will give you 10% of the fee we charge to anyone that you have introduced us to when we have produced a film for them and been paid for it. We can give that 10% to you personally, your organisation or to a charity of your choice – just make sure that we are aware that you have passed our details onto somebody before they get in contact with us.
